Class blends yoga, Pilates, strength and flexibility training into one challenging but relaxing class. Aims to improve balance, posture and co-ordination and help maintain a healthy back. For all fitness levels. Try it -your body will thank you!


Keepfit - classes include Circuits, LBT, HIIT, Sandbags 
Class includes an easy to follow whole body conditioning workout incorporating circuit stations. Improving endurance and strength including cardio, Legs, Bums and Tums and core. and all whilst buring fat! Bespoke exercises on request to focus on individual areas. Really fun classes for all with a serious purpose!
